First we started from thinking architecture with no end or architecture like a road.  We intended to design public building as envelope for streets.
The building is concaved in the center, facing semi-circular plaza located in front, next to the busy crossing. The plaza is surrounded by half-mirrored curtain wall. Its surface reflects fragments of surrounding scenery of the crossing during the day, and at night it emits light from inside, projecting various activities in the building towards the city.
Structure consists of V-shaped columns carrying vertical load and roof slab carrying horizontal load.  The slab thickness gradually changes according to magnitude of horizontal load.  This structural system also helps creating sense of flowing motion in this space.
